Amrita School of Arts and Sciences (Anrita Arts & Science College, Amritapuri Campus)
The Amrita School of Arts & Sciences at Amritapuri Campus took its birth from Chancellor Amma’s educational vision. Amma’s suggestion was to prepare a generation that could successfully meet the rigorous demands of the Information Age and at the same time, be imbued with the noble ideals of selfless service and love. In 2003, Amrita Institute of Computer Technology came under the ambit of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, deemed university. Now, it is young and called as Amrita School of Arts & Sciences under the shade of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. The curriculum of each programme is set at par with the industrial requirements.
Amrita School of Arts & Sciences established in 2003 has rapidly grown in stature and reputation since its inception. In 2006, it was decided to start a BCom & BBM programme in Commerce & Management (C&M) in response to the growing need for middle level management personnel for various industries.

Post Graduate Programs
1. M.Sc. Computer Science
Eligibility: Graduation in CS / CA / IT / SE / Physics / Mathematics with Computer Applications or BCA with an aggregate minimum of 55% excluding language subjects. Selection is based on the marks scored in the qualifying examination and interview.
Duration of the Course: 2 years (4 Semesters)
2. M.Sc. Chemistry
Eligibility: Graduation in Chemistry as the main subject or one of the main subjects, with an aggregate minimum of 50% excluding language subjects. Selection is based on the marks scored in the qualifying examination and interview.
Duration of the Course: 2 years (4 Semesters)
3. M.Sc. Physics
Eligibility: Graduation with Physics as main subject or with physics as one of the main subjects with an aggregate minimum of 50% excluding language subjects. Selection is based on the marks scored in the qualifying examination and interview.
Duration of the Course: 2 years (4 Semesters)
4. M.Sc. Mathematics
Eligibility: Graduation with Mathematics as main subject or one of the main subjects with an aggregate minimum of 50% excluding language subjects. Selection is based on the marks scored in the qualifying examination and interview.

Under Graduate Programs
1. B.Sc. Computer Science
Eligibility: A pass in 12th with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Duration of the Course: 3 years (6 Semesters)
2. B.Com
Eligibility: A pass in 12th standard with a minimum of 50% from any State Board, CBSE or equivalent in any discipline. Selection is based on the rank scored in Amrita Entrance Examination – 2011.

3. B.B.M.
Eligibility: A pass in 12th standard with a minimum of 50% from any State Board, CBSE or equivalent in any discipline. Selection is based on the rank scored in Amrita Entrance Examination – 2011.

Integrated Programs
1. M.Sc. Mathematics & Physics
Eligibility: A pass in 12th standard with a minimum of 50% in aggregate and with Mathematics and Physics as subjects, from any State Board, CBSE or equivalent. Selection is based on the rank scored in the Amrita Entrance Examination – 2011.
Duration of the Course: 5 years (10 Semesters), with an option to exit after 3 years
